Physio today
Ok progress. Good session with physio- given some more severe flexibility exercises holding the stretch for 30 seconds.
Back on zwift clipped in for 20-30 mins at half power - x2 per day - so more flexion than pre op now.
Will try rower soon. Swimming ok too so will get back to that try his week too.
Good photo session with monthly photography critique group - they liked the guitar from a few days ago
