Happy 4th of July on the 3rd

We had our celebration tonite as they are leaving tomorrow…great dinner with a few poppers and confetti 
Pancakes in the morning of course, and a walk as it was still too windy. ..but it calmed down this afternoon so we all got out in boats…..no seals on the rocks today….haven’t looked at the camera pix yet.  Was sitting on the wharf on a little bench watching some people try unsuccessfully to water ski but was on the end and it tipped over… and I fell slowly over on my bionic hip.!   I think it’ll be a big bruise but that’s all… but got everyone mobilized to make the dinner.   The camera hit the ground too but think it’s ok.    Damm.  Not a matter of balance at all…just one of those things lurking everyday.   Who would think.of it?
Tried a phone pix of dinner ( extra) just to record it,  will make a collage tomorrow.    Time for bed!  ( and ice)
