Got a good deal for a hotel on Rue du Faubourg St Honore.

Positive aspect: very central. A stone throw away from la Madelene, Place de l'Obelisque and le Jardin des Tuileries.
Negative aspect: no souvenir shopping for Mrs Raheny... The smallest item was a Hermes handkerchief at EUR250... You'd be afraid to put it in contact with snot, so totally pointless.
