Soggy but determined!

Rain or no rain, this soggy starling was determined to have some of the suet before the neighborhood birds had eaten it all. I'm betting he did his share of the nibbling, the same as all the others. By the end of the day, there was little more than a few crumbs left over for any late arrivals.

I spent the hot, steamy day indoors at a photography class, the first of a series of six classes. Thank goodness for air conditioning. I even needed a jacket! I think I am going to learn a lot, but, as the downpour started as soon as I got home, there was not much time to do my homework assignment. Maybe tomorrow.
