Never Currys again

The [not my] King may be notorious for his temper, but that's nothing compared to our wrath at Currys today. Customer service was in plentiful supply when we bought all the electrical equipment for the house refurb. Butter wouldn't melt in their mouths when commission was involved.

Today we took back a non-functioning shredder, under warranty. Customer service? Charm? Nope, sneering hostility from the store manager. It wasn't broken. It was our fault it was broken. It still wasn't broken anyway. In the end we walked out. Next stop Sheriff Court. You'll enjoy having to traipse up from head office to Scotland, won't you Currys?
