Run

For a change I ran round a part of Polegate today. It was mostly up and down the cuckoo trail (pictured) which is largely flat, but the last mile or so of the five was hard work. I went to Polegate to collect my train tickets ahead of my early start tomorrow.
The rest of the day was sorting through boxes and the like.
