Lost Congregation
After a lovely chat with some folks whose small wedding I am photographing next week, and taking apart R’s dehumidifier to clean out years of dust, we headed into the centre. Had lunch at Singl End - was so good. Then we went to see Pinkie Mclure’s fabulous exhibition ‘Lost Congregation’ at the Centre for Contemporary Arts. Beautiful, poignant and so pertinent. Go and see it if you can. After this it was a very wet walk to Street Level Photoworks via the Glasgow Photography Gallery to see another couple of exhibitions. At the former there is an excellent exhibition about homelessness, the importance of housing, home and belonging by Margaret Mitchell - ‘An Ordinary Eden’, again - well worth seeing if you can.
