Green

It was dry this morning until I got to golf for my ladies weekly roll-up, as I got out the car it rained a little, so we practiced in the covered bays for a few minutes and then went outside to practice chipping when the rain stopped and it was sunny again. Our coach spends much time teaching us the skills of chipping and it does help as it is probably my most confident shots when playing. Today though, being bent over for an hour in more or less the same position meant my lower back was screaming in agony by the end of the session so I came home and put a hot physiotherapy wheat bag on my back which did help. 

Later in the afternoon I took Xena for another walk, the woods are looking so green now, all the bracken is so green now, as can be seen here.

I started watching Riches on ITV, and I am hooked! I think it is a repeat but I missed it the first time it was shown. I also finished reading Hello Beautiful by Ann Napolitano which I enjoyed very much.
