Sunlight

The last day of our holiday. We drove home the scenic route, crossing part of Dartmoor so that we could visit Castle Drogo, England's newest castle. Despite being only 100 years old, it's always suffered from major structural problems and is undergoing the first part of a 5-year renovation programme, which includes completely rebuilding the roof.

Once again, just like yesterday, the gardens were magnificent, but I chose this image as I loved the light.
