Hall Walk
In all the years we have been coming to Fowey we have never done Hall Walk. Well we have now. We did it anti-clockwise, taking the ferry over to Polruan at the start, and the Bodinnick ferry back to Fowey at the end. There were some great views across the estuary, especially on the stage from Pont looking across Pont Pill back to Polruan. The main blip was probably the best view, with Fowey on the right and Gribbin Head in the distance. Lots of green too, so suitable for this week's Wide Wednesday.
In the extras:
It's a small world - while we queued for the Polruan ferry mrsfb realised the lady in front of us was someone she used to work with when she was teaching in Cheltenham.
Painting the hull - I tried to sell some paint to this boatyard in Polruan back in my working days. I failed.
An old sign that I liked at a National Trust cottage at Pont
