Spaniels in Stirling!

Took the girls on a mini tourist trail this morning. We climbed up on to Ladies Rock with a fantastic view over Stirling Castle and The Carse. Then on to Mars Wark and finally Cowane’s Hospital.  A beautiful sunny morning it was too and all practically on our doorstep.

This afternoon we thought we might see The Red Arrows over Edinburgh. We got a roadside view of the airport from Dalmeny and watched as they left the airport , flying towards Edinburgh via Fife and then back round turning the red , white and blue smoke on for fly past over the the Royal Mile. Got a few pics but quite far away.

Glad all went well for the King and Queen’s visit.
