Cool enough for a run

Only 12 degrees at 7am so we went for a run before work.
Along side the coastal path was this field of beautiful grain, I probably shouldn't have let them but they enjoyed bouncing among the ripening stalks.
Then down to a small beach, as the tide was in, but they met an old friend and had a run around in the sea.
Followed by a full days work and then mantrailing with Dina.
