Chocolate box

After a lovely cooked breakfast at the hotel we started our journey south to our next overnight stop. Stopped off at a shopping outlet village near Chatsworth, then the services at Watford Gap for a coffee and a cake.
Arrived at our hotel in Wendover mid afternoon. Chocolate box cottages and some lovely little shops and eateries. Hotel is excellent, very comfortable and there’s even free gin in the room if you fancy a tipple. We probably didn’t choose the best place to eat this evening, the food was ok but the service was far too quick and we felt quite rushed. An early start in the morning as we have to be at my supplier’s open day at 9am!!
