Mushroom gougere

Bit of  an emergency blip.
A busy morning doing house work and  preparing for a visit from my sister C who is staying with us for a few days. She came by train from Cornwall and went straight to see our mum in her care home.  I met them there and brought C back to our house. Martin kindly made a mushroom gougere for us.
