Big game hunting

I didn’t go to knit and natter today as I had arranged a FaceTime call with A at lunchtime. We haven’t spoken since before the move so had lots to share. There were major problems with the connection, as we tried using the iPads first, then our phones, but ended up using a WhatsApp call to get a successful link. 

Having survived and enjoyed the journey to London yesterday, we are trying to arrange a meet-up before the start of the school holidays. A works part time and there are school events in the diary, so it might not be feasible. 

A trip into town for some electrical bits that B needs to extend the lighting in the garage, then home via R’s to collect a sewing job that she needs me to do for the weekend. Not a big job, but it’s hand sewing and has to be just so.
