The circle

Weighed down by recent rain, and battered by the wind, the Lady's mantle flowers have flattened out in a circle.

Went to a Morris practice session with Slubbing Billy's, one of the local Morris sides, this evening. Just about managed to get to the end of one dance, though some walking may have been involved - it was more like Puffing Billy's in my case! Have the distinct feeling that I'm too old and unfit for this North West Morris malarkey! MrM came along too, and played with the band.
