Gone wild

Our clematis is loving life! Every time I’m near I have to stop and admire her multiple blooms • We should have pushed to get outside earlier than we did to beat today’s heat and humidity, but we’re inside now and what had to be done is done! We’re hunkered down with blinds and curtains closed and plan to remain indoors for the rest of the afternoon. The AC is on upstairs and that’s where MrsP is at the moment reading a book. Grouch and Ducky are sprawled across the floor keeping her company. Newt is on my lap assisting with blip :) • I texted our neighbors this morning inquiring about Louis the cat. We were relieved to learn he’s okay and the reason we haven’t seen him for a few days is because they’re keeping a closer eye on him.
