Silver

A photo in memory of Chaiselongue, who left us ten years ago today. The olive was her favourite tree, and her ashes rest beneath one. She loved the way the leaves show their silvery lower faces in the slightest current of air, and coming back after taking this picture - which doesn't reach the level of any of hers - I thought that in the seven years we had in France together, she found so much silver in her life.
