Back in the meadows

Back to a bit of meadow surveying at Bowber Head, Ravenstonedale, for the Cumbria Wildlife Trust.  We repeated a survey done in 1987, using the same procedures so the results can be compared.  You may just see the metal 1m square quadrat in the foreground of the photo.  The meadows are looking quite stunning - do go and see them (or nearby Piper Hole farm) if you can!
