Sunday

Thank goodness there is no rain today....a little sunshine, blue skies, but a lot of wind.
Wind is something I'm pretty used to coming from Cape Town, South Africa...but wind is something Im not used to here in Lauterbach, Germany.

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday.
I started mine with taking a photo of my body....measurements and did the Insanity fitness test...
I will have to take the fitness test again in two weeks time so see if I am getting fitter....and take a photo of my * body * every 7 days....so lets see what this nearly 51 year old can do to make a few improvements.
