We went to our favourite restaurant in Nerja today for Sunday lunch. It specialises in fish and has a timeless quality. The menu never changes and the fish is always fresh and beautifully cooked. Why tinker with a winning formula? We had bream baked in salt. I just love the theatre of the fish being brought to the table and the salt broken open to reveal the succulent fish inside.
