Istanbul in colour

An enjoyable morning teaching my class of young teenagers - we created an original artwork, using motif, repetition and pattern, after a bit of a look at William Morris, Beardsley, Kandinsky, Klimt, Matisse, etc, oh, and some Ottoman Turkish carpets - always good to look at the familiar in a different light. 

An afternoon and evening at home in the apartment that included an hour or so in the garden (as shown in today's pic - which was taken from the apartment) chatting with neighbour friends Cenk and Melissa about what has been, what is, and what may, or will,  be.
