My spine is just not up to the job!

After a very nice lie in & a lazy Sunday morning bath, my back went suddenly owwww! Am hoping its a blip!!.but am giving it every chance and laying on my bed watching lost and eating biscuits! Thank god the practical exam isnt tomorrow!
