Grumpy swallow

Had to take dad to the health centre in the morning, as he has felt weak for a few days. It turned out to be pneumonia and he had to stay there.

Finished planting trees before a late lunch, delivered some firewood to a neighbour and got my brother and the nephews to help moving the three calves from the small paddock to the large pasture. It went well, but there was a lot of running.

Took this after checking the cattle later in the evening. Too low light to get any photos of the swallows in flight, but a bird on a wire should be easy. The swallow doesn't look happy posing though.

Showers were a bit heavier today. 1.5 mm of rain.
