Morecambe Bay

Yoga in town first thing.  Feel refreshed from it.  Early lunch and then a trip to Kendal to collect two pieces of cross stitch I had had framed.  Delighted.  Quick poke about the shops in Kendal and then home.

Quite warm but grey for much of today.
