Optician and reading

We did the shopping this morning - the highlight of our week!
This afternoon I went for my eye test - I have to go annually now due to the cataract. My left eye has gone worse for reading and my right eye has gone worse for distance. Typical!
I get the new specs next Friday.
7 of the books I ordered arrived today and there is one more due. Hopefully I won't order any more for a while!
Feeling shattered as I only slept a little over 4 hours last night. Too late for a nap now at 20:40 so I will try to stay awake to watch some TV with Terry before what I hope will be a better night's sleep.
