Redcurrent jam

I decided to beat the birds to it and pick my redcurrants (plus a few black and white currants} and make some jam. It's quite tasty!
Our neighbours have gone on holiday and trusted me to look after the rabbit. 
'Dont worry if it dies' was their comment after their 10 year old daughter left the room. It was said tongue-in-cheek but it left me wondering if they know something they haven't told me.
