Flowering Aloe

After watching the top guys finish their Comrades race we took ourselves off to the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens for a wander.

We hope that the tree aloes that we are nurturing at home will eventually flower like this one.

The gardens are looking great and lots of families were taking advantage of the gorgeous weather to picnic and soak up the winter sun.
