Nasturtium

I took only bad photos of sitting around eating pizza with Vikram and Henrietta who arrived this evening.  And as today was fairly full on this beautiful painterly, self seeded nasturtium will have to do. Nasturtiums are one of those flowers that just light up the place aren’t they. 

So gorgeous hot, but not too hot, sunny day.  It was lovely to wake up at home and know I wasn’t going anywhere.  I pottered round the garden a bit, picking flowers for the house, then had a quite intense series of zooms.   Went through Petersfield on my way to tea with Mum to talk a bit about some upcoming changes and then over to a local new friend in Hambledon to have a glass of wine and talk about her writing.  

Back home and sat in the goat shed eating pizza.
