You can’t see me

But I saw you.

On my way home from Waitrose, I pulled over to Pipe Hill Heathland to see if I could find the orchids or the blue butterflies. No to both.

But I had a lovely surprise. They’ve cleared several paths into the heart of this patch and I’ll go back to explore.

Just strolling down briefly, I did see a few butterflies. A couple of Meadow Browns, a Comma, and a white who eventually settled, hoping he was camouflaged. He wasn’t.
