End of term

Today was a sorting day ahead of the 'official' end of term to allow us time to clear our rooms ready for the arrival of the Summer School which uses our building for a month. I had extra work to do as I had my whole classroom to pack up as I am moving. After a few weeks of slowly boxing, today was an intense 4 hours and I 'just' got the job finished ahead of farewell speeches. Home to watch the TdF, then out to Castle Acre to get fish and chips and eat them in the Priory meadow, a walk along the River Nar - chalk stream - in the evening and then a pint of Pintail at the Ostrich.
