The Feast Day of St. Killian
The annual Rishton Festival was taking place today, up at the local High School field. There was a pleasant happy atmosphere about the town.
It is humid, 22c and there has been a sunny morning with light drizzle.
I watched some godtv, followed online Holy Mass, prayed and dried some towels. Then it was lunchtime.
The day has flown.
The Siamese cat visited.
It looks very stormy and the grey clouds look like it could rain.
Two hours later the Heavens opened and we got much needed rain. It freshened the air beautifully after a close day.
