Container with poppies

Gay Pride Procession today. Watched it briefly, before going on a hunt for Mr B's turkey steaks (for 'faux' schnitzel - or more correctly Italian style Scaloppine alla Milanese!).

Looked yesterday without success. Today tried large Tesco - none. Finally found in Lidl. We can relax.

Went on our first electric bus. Strange. So quiet and smooth, and seem to have an aircon/cooling system. They're on trial here.

Afternoon preparing spare room for our good friends arriving Monday, and other chores. Now watching Berrettini v Zverev, currently suspended after a brief period of heavy rain.

Spotted these lovely poppies growing by a container outside the Russell Cotes Gallery.
