Vallee du Lot

It was a tough day! Beautiful country though in the Lot and Cantal (should be some good cheese tonight!) we climbed up to 600metres finally with lots of ups and downs on route. The last 3kms were nearly vertical! 75kms in total. With little or no training we were very relieved to make it to our destination.

And my son is en route from New Zealand to take care of Ronnie on a lastminute.com flight that makes about 6 stops! Reggie and Ronnie are his cats even though he has been abroad studying for the last few years.

And my other son now in Washington sent me photos of Scarlett rolling over!
