The sillier, the better!

We saw this license plate on our morning walk, which was warming up, with every step. It has been a perfect warm, Summer day:
sunny with blue skies, a nice breeze. Not a cloud in sight. In years past, the brutal heat would already be established; but, maybe our cold wet Spring has delayed it.
