Hobbs's Run

Wattle I doooo ...

The cheeriest part of winter around here is the wattle. In the last few weeks it has all begun to blossom brightly through the local bush. Thankfully there are many sub species that come out at different stages of the season to play a kind of relay with each other. As one lot starts to fade, it is replaced by a fresh batch. Thus the cheerfulness extends all the way to spring.
