Sumadera temple

This morning, went to Sumadera temple to do m job as an interpreter between English and Japanese.

After getting the offer of this work, I visited this temple for the first time, but as my mother often visited this temple, this is a good opportunity t to remember her. I imagined her visit and her wish so much.

This temple is also famous as a historical sight of a big battle happened in 1183. Then, there are 2 big samurai group in Japan. One was Heike clan and the other was Heike clan. In this battle one young samurai general of Heike, named Taira no Atsumori was killed by middle age general of Genji, named Kumagai Naozane and the head of Atsumori was buried in the mound in this temple. This story was written in Heike Monogatari, the story of Heike clan, and many people come to this temple to imagine the tragedy happened about 840 years ago.
