Gibson Street Gala

From 31st May to 30th June Glasgow puts on the West End Festival. We plan on going to quite a few events. Today was our first, the Gibson Street Gala. The whole street was closed with loads of stalls selling loads of things, it was brilliant fun! There was such a fantastic vibe, a real community event with so many people out enjoying the sunshine.

I took quite a few pictures but I really liked this one. The artist was spending the day creating a new art piece. Looked good at the point we saw it!

We came home for lunch but the weather was so good we wanted to get back out and enjoy it a bit more so had a lovely wander around Kelvingrove Park. Much better than staying in!
