Adder

To Arran for the day and a walk up Glen Rosa. Last time I found no adders but found this one quite quickly. I didn't expect any cuckoos, because they are already migrating south, but managed to grab a shot of a young bird which I think was still being fed by foster-parents (extra). I saw my first dragonflies of the summer- several common hawkers and a broad-bodied chaser. I also saw four separate harbour porpoise from the ferry.
