Time to protect

The blueberries are starting to ripen and a little later today (as soon as it gets cooler towards evening) we will stretch a net over them. Today is just oppressively hot - like someone outside has turned on the big hairdryer. 

No sport this morning. After we had visitors yesterday, we didn't want to set an alarm and leave it to it when we wake up. Surprisingly, we slept late - which is also nice and uncharacteristic for me/us.
