Garden: Flügel's Eclipse Plumage

More and less cheeky in large
Extra: Koi hanging back

Had a very full day yesterday, so only back-blipped this morning.

Today, Im and I sorted out the duckules in the morning, so I photographed them as they frolicked under the hose spray and jostled for mealworms...
Flügel has moulted out of his breeding plumage (into eclipse plumage), so is now sporting a patterned face with pastel cheeks. Ironically, he is less "cheeky" now that he is no longer in peak drake mode...
