St Malo to Pontorson

Day 1 St Malo to Pontorson 
We had a relatively good night's sleep in our cabin - the beer helped! Then we were on our way. Its been over cast but warm. St Malo is very pretty and we took the opportunity to stop for coffee and a cake shop - purchased 2 gateau  Breton. Stopped to watch some sort of festival, lots of costumes, bagpipes and drums Our next stop was in a little seaside village and had our picnic lunch. OMG the cakes were delicious.  We went straight to the campsite,  pitched the tent, dumped our panniers then on to Mont Saint-Michel. Very very busy, but once we got up to the Abbey it was fine. Back to the campsite, shower and dinner now drinking goblets of beer.
