From rock chick to lame duck

After yesterday’s music extravaganza, it’s been a steadier day today which has been good news for my still recovering sprained ankle.
Today has been a very gentle stroll along the Regent’s Canal and around Coal Drop Yard. Lots of sitting down, drinking and eating were involved.
I shall be so pleased when I can manage a couple of hours on my feet , with camera in hand. I’m really fed up of being a lame duck
