Light after the rain

Another very hot day today. There were warnings for extreme weather and in some parts of the country there were indeed severe hailstorms. In our area we did get a thunderstorm and some heavy rain but all and all it wasn’t so bad.

After the rain I took Joey out for our usual route and as we returned a gap in the clouds opened and the sun made its last appearance of the day, casting some beautiful light on the Widde Meuln windmill.
