Summer Swimming

Caroline and I had a refreshing swim in Bassenthwaite lake this morning. The sun was out and the water was calm. Skiddaw in the background. Such an excellent tonic.

Will came over from Newcastle to service his new car with George. George has served his time as a mechanical engineer. He and Will did a full service, changed all car fluids and other things that you do. They finished around 6pm. Will popped in for dinner and a chat before heading home. He’s enjoying his new wheels,
