Where's my mummy?...................

Ann's friend, Fiona, has come to stay with us. I had to stay 'home alone' while Ann went to Newquay Airport to pick her up. I gave her ever such a nice welcome when she arrived. When Ann & Fiona came into the house I totally ignored Ann and went straight to Fiona for lots of cuddles.

And then guess what happened....................... Ann & Fiona went down to the beach, because Ann hadn't done her daily swim. I was allowed to go with them because Fiona doesn't do sea swimming, so she sat at the Beach Bar with a glass of wine and an ice cream.

I had to stay with Fiona while Ann did her swim and do you know what I did?.................. I cried and cried and cried. I LOVE Fiona but when I saw Ann walking across the beach and going into the sea I was sooooooo upset. Fiona said I cried for about 20 mins.

Fiona got a bit stressed.............. Apparently everyone was looking at me because I was creating such a fuss. Fiona thought she might have to remove me and take me for a walk around but she couldn't because she had an ice cream, a glass of wine, Ann's bag & sun glasses to look after and me to un hook from where Ann had tied me up. Fortunately after 20 mins I settled down and after half an hour in the sea, Ann came back. I spotted her walking back over the beach, way before Fiona did, and I went absolutely crazy. I gave Ann the biggest welcome that I have ever given her in her whole life.

How weird is that?.........................

Fiona is one of my most favourite people (and she brought me a squeaky bone) but it would seem that I only want to be with my human.

#exhausted

Watching my human swim for half an hour has worn me out. I'm fast asleep on the rug now.

Toodles. xxx
