Yesterday evening Leeds experienced a tropical downpour during an exciting thunderstorm. This morning our potted plants needed rescuing from overflowing saucers and trays.

And a fox wandered into sight in our garden, It was a sad sight to behold. I went out into the garden to take a photo expecting it to bolt but the poorly animal hung around. As Albert (dog) was visiting during Spring we have not been putting food out so there have been fewer sightings and fewer fox blips this year.

I went swimming this am as I had forgotten how busy the slow lanes are at this session; I made for the medium lane again where lengths were being swum at a good !
