Notes: Woke later than I wanted, headed out for a jog but only a few min in, had sharp pain in my L kneecap, inner side and had to stop. Walked some and kept trying but had to turn around. Went to pool to dip in and showered off there. Watched CBS Sun Morning show w/ coffee, did a small manual wash of darks. Had eggs w/ avocado and 1/2 croissant (vegan butter and homemade strawberry jam - no sugar). Watched some of Rays game and then on Zoom w/ Jo ~ 345p-620p). Back to relaxing after that but ended up working on the site more until after 10p.
