Pink in Golden Square
After a while with no lunchtime escapes, I headed off towards Soho at lunchtime. I wanted to find John Snow's pump. There's been quite a lot of publicity about this recently as I think it is the 200th anniversary of his birth. He traced the source of a cholera outbreak in London to a particular pump in Soho.
I managed to find the John Snow pub, but did not track down the pump. I got a bit lost in the tiny streets and ended up in Golden Square. This display of tulips and pink forget-me-nots was lovely.
Managed to find my way back to the office but arrived rather flushed from having to make a quick return.
