Verbena

This plant has grown incredibly tall this year. I believe it’s vervain or verbena. Apparently it has many health benefits of consumed, but have never tried it.
Spent the day doing a bit more boxing and labelling of things, this time from the second loft. Felt tired so then stopped and watched some tennis.
